If you are buying 1-4 bags of treats they are able to ship as letter mail for $5 CAD which is untracked and usually arrives within 5-12 business days depending on your area but it may take longer.

If you are buying 4+ bags of treats or would just like faster and tracked shipping you can get expedited shipping for a flat rate of $14 CAD

We also offer local pickup for no extra charge. We are located in Toronto in the east end. You are able to pick that option at check out, just contact me and we can arrange a pick up date and time.

Expedited Shipping, if you are buying 2+ bags of treats or would just like delivery confirmation as well as tracking it is a great option and it isn’t that much more expensive. For $5.50 USD delivery takes around the same time.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost, stollen, or damaged packages, but please message us if you have any issues and we will do our best to sort something out. We strive for 100% satisfaction.
